Within walking distance from the harbor/beach/dunes of Scheveningen you find our cozy apartment with garden.
This one bedroom apartment is situated in a very good area (Statenkwartier) and is near several international organizations like ICTY and OPCW and the “Frederik Hendriklaan” shopping lane. The area is internationally oriented, you will find many expats. The harbor/beach area has nice terraces, restaurants and bars.
Public transport is comfortably close (tram 11,16; bus 21,22).

The 2/3 room apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two floor house, where we also are the owner of the first floor apartment (see apartment 1 if you go back one level). It is suited for a professional couple or individual (no children allowed), it consists of:
- A light living/dining room with windows on boths sides.
- A bedroom with a double bed (Auping: 140*200) and built-in closet with extra space.
- The kitchen is modern and has built-in equipment (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, cooker hood) and separate microwave.
- There is a compact luxury bathroom.
- A sunny garden.
- High ceilings
 
It is decorated in a modern style, fully furnished and well equipped: flatscreen digital TV with international channels (extra channels on request), CD/Radio, washing machine, wash dryer, freezer, microwave/oven, (wireless) internet connection (bring your own laptop).
Furthermore it is equipped with (bath)towels, bed/kitchen linen, cutlery, pots, cups, boards, iron, iron board and the other usual household equipment.

The apartment is available for medium term and long term.
The rental price is exclusive utilities (gas/electricity/water/local taxes/cable-TV/internet) for which you pay us an advance payment, we pay all bills, so you don't have to worry about that. Cleaning costs on departure are mandatory. The prices are very reasonable, we charge no commission/fee/charge.

References from former tenants are available on request.
In short, if you're looking for an affordable, nicely situated apartment where you can enjoy the possibilities of lively Scheveningen and The Hague with an excellent position relative to public transport, access roads to the high way and international organizations then our apartment may be something for you.
